To receive your prints on time, your order artwork must be approved by the 11:00am cutoff. Orders submitted after the cutoff will move to the next day’s print cycle. Cutoff times vary by product.

Quick Tips
Pick the correct template product size of the product you wish to print.
Use high-res images (300 dpi) and keep key text inside the safe area.
Check contrast and font size (min 8 pt for small items).
Avoid neon/very bright RGB colours. They’re outside CMYK gamut and will mute in print—pick a CMYK-safe alternative.
Use CMYK values, not RGB/Hex. If you only have a Hex brand colour, convert to CMYK in the designer and do a quick test print, screen colours will look brighter than print.
Your Delivery Options
Working days = Mon–Fri (excl. bank holidays). Artwork file must be approved before cutoff to receive on time. You can find your chosen products cutoff time on the page timer or "Delivery Specifications" tab. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
