Yes, once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress right to your door.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update your delivery address. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to make changes.

An invoice will be automatically emailed to you once your order is confirmed. You can also download a copy from your account under “Order History.”

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t gone into production. Please get in touch with us quickly, and we’ll confirm if cancellation is possible.

VAT is included in the majority of prices on our website apart from standard unlaminated flyers, leaflets, and booklets, which are zero-rated in most cases. However, there are some exceptions where VAT must be charged:

Admission — If your flyer, leaflet, or booklet is used as entry to premises (e.g. “Free admission with this leaflet”).

Discounts — If it is used to claim money off goods or services (e.g. “25% off with this flyer”).

Writable areas — If the design includes an area intended to be written on.

As flyers are generally zero-rated for VAT, we do not charge VAT by default. If upon receipt of your artwork it is clear that VAT applies to your order, we will contact you to arrange payment of the VAT due. Booklets are also zero-rated unless more than 25% of the content is designed to be written on (e.g. a diary or journal).

We provide free sample packs for customers placing large quantity or custom orders, so you can review the quality of our printing and paper stocks before committing. At this time, we’re unable to offer sample packs for every order.
